What's your refund policy? How do I cancel my account?

We have a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you purchase Magoosh and decide that it's not right for you, you can get a full refund if you email us within 7 days of purchasing. Please note: if you have a TOEFL or IELTS prep plan, using our essay or interview credits voids your right to a 7-day refund. 

What if I have an installment plan? 

The installment plan is offered as a way to help make the price more manageable. However, it is not a monthly subscription. Instead, it is a promise to pay the full price over 4 months. This means that it works the same way as our regular payment option in that you can cancel/request a refund any time within the first 7 days, but not after that. Here's some more information about how our installments work:

Can I cancel my payment installments if I finish with my plan early?

When signing up for an installment plan, you agree to pay for the entire plan cost over the course of your payment schedule. This means if you finish your studies early, you are still responsible for paying the full fee.

You can still request a full refund within 7 days of signing up. You are also eligible for a full refund if you qualify for our Magoosh Score Guarantee.

Does pausing my plan pause my payment installments?

No, your payments will continue even if you pause your Magoosh plan.

Can I change the payment method midway through an installment plan?

Yes! We now have the ability for you to change your payment method.  Just click the Change Payment button on your profile page and you'll be redirected to where you can add new cards and set a default payment method.
