Great question! There's a lot of ways you can get in contact with us for questions you have about Magoosh practice questions, practice tests, or video lessons. We also offer support for all the Official Guide questions and other official GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, LSAT, and MCAT materials that are published by the companies that create the tests!
Please note that we only support questions from this list of Recommended Study Resources.
Before you get in touch, be sure that you've watched the explanation video (if it's a practice question), read the text explanation, and read the FAQ (if there is one) beneath the text explanation! When many students send in the same question, we add an explanation for it below the text explanation :)
Also be sure to check out our Help Desk and FAQ section, which is chock-full of information! You can also do a quick search in the search engine of your choice with "Magoosh" and "help" or "FAQ" combined with the name of your test :)
Here's a list of the best ways to get in touch with us:
- From a question or lesson: When you're in a question or lesson, look at the bottom-right-hand corner of the page. There's a purple Help button that you can click to send us an email directly! The best part is that this email tells us exactly which question or lesson you're on, so we know which problem you're asking about. That said, be sure to give us some information about what you're struggling with in the question or lesson. The more detail you give us, the better we can help you :)
- Directly via email: Have a general question? Can't remember the name of the question you had trouble with? Not a problem! Drop us a line at help@magoosh.com :) Again, be sure to give us as much detail as you can!
(A quick note: Email is one of our favorite ways to talk to our students! You can attach screenshots, documents, PDFs, and the full text of questions. For questions from official materials, this is extremely helpful, and speeds up how quickly we can get back to you with the right answer and explanation!) - From your Dashboard: Just click the purple Help button in the bottom-right corner and a new contact dialogue will pop up for you to fill out.
Before you hit Send, take a few seconds to read our post on how to ask a great question that we can respond to quickly and in detail. Good questions help us write back with the clearest explanation in the shortest amount of time :D
Most of the time, you'll get a response in 24 hours or less! If you haven't heard from us, rest assured that we are getting to your question as quickly as possible. We answer questions from students in the order that we receive them to ensure that everyone is treated fairly, and some parts of the year are busier than others.

I wanted to say this is a wonderful service, but recently I received an email saying I am asking too many questions. Actually during the 6-month subscription period from March 18 to Sep 18th. I asked only around 25 questions by now, which is approximately one every other day at the most. In addition, I won't be asking questions during my last 2-month subscription. I wonder why I was accused of asking too many questions and forced to reduce my questions. You did not reveal any details on the limitations of help you could provide, but according to the email I received, the restrictions are very strict.
