Do you have any TOEFL book recommendations?

We sure do! First and foremost, Magoosh recommends official TOEFL books from ETS. The latest edition of The Official Guide to the TOEFL Test is a must have. The other two official TOEFL books, Official TOEFL iBT Tests Vol.1 and Official TOEFL iBT Tests Vol. 2, are also valuable. (Both the OG and Official TOEFL iBT Tests 1 are necessary for our TOEFL study plans.)

Beyond those three big ones, we also strongly recommend our own TOEFL books. This isn't a plug to sell stuff. We believe in our TOEFL eBooks — so much so that we offer them for free. For instant access, check out our big list of Magoosh's free TOEFL eBooks and PDFs.

There are other third-party TOEFL books we recommend as well. Because the world of TOEFL publishing is always changing, our recommendations change over time. For our most recent annual list of recommended books, see the our "Best TOEFL Books of 2015" blog post. A best of 2016 book review article is coming soon. Until then, you can see our most recent TOEFL book reviews in the Magoosh TOEFL Blog's book review archive.
