I recommend directly contacting the schools or programs you're interested in to see if they can help. Policies, minimum scores, average scores, and other information like this varies by school and by year, so the individual program will be your best resource. Many programs display this information on either the department’s own site, or on the school’s or division’s site. If the information you need is not freely available, there is usually an administrator or contact person who answers questions like these, and you absolutely can get in touch. If there isn’t, try writing to a faculty member and ask them.
