We know that things can unexpectedly get busy. We know that plans change. That's why, we are happy to put your account on hold until you have the time to study.
Here are the following steps to pause your plan:
- Go to your account profile page.
- Near the bottom-left, you'll find a list of your plans/subscriptions.
- Click on "Pause subscription" for the subscription you'd like to pause. 🎉
On that same page, you'll also be able to unpause the subscription.
Note: You can only use the above steps to pause your account once a month. If you need to pause your account more frequently than that, send an email to email@example.com with the subject line, "Need to pause my account", and we'll follow-up with you within 24 hours. :)
